Bronze Fusible Plug Screwed (Model IBR-14)

Overview

One-piece Bronze fusible plug engineered for boiler safety applications, designed to melt and release steam when internal temperatures exceed critical thresholds. Constructed with a Bronze IBR 282(a)(iv) Gr.B body and cone, filled with a Lead-Tin fusible alloy calibrated to melt at 270°C. Features male BSP parallel threads (BS 21) for secure, leak-free installation into steam generation vessels operating up to 250 Psig. Supplied with Form III-C certification and serviced for boiler plants across Nepal.
