Overview
The SANT cast iron Y-type strainer features a robust bolted cover and a screwed end design (Female BSP parallel threads to BS 21). Engineered specifically for steam applications, it incorporates a 1.2 mm perforated SS 304 screen to effectively trap debris. The valve operates at a maximum working pressure of 13 Kg/cm²g at 220°C and is tested to 26 Kg/cm²g. It is IBR certified, ensuring compliance with rigorous boiler regulations for steam distribution. Supplied, sized and serviced for steam systems across Nepal.
