Overview
A specialized safety relief valve with bellows-sealed construction where the bellows isolates the spring and adjusting mechanism completely from the process fluid. Designed for corrosive media and zero fugitive emission requirements, this valve maintains reliable set-pressure performance even when handling aggressive chemicals in chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical service. Supplied, set and serviced for process plants across Nepal.
Features & Benefits
- Bellows isolation of the spring chamber prevents corrosive process fluid from contacting the spring and adjusting screw, which is the most common failure mode in standard relief valves handling aggressive media.
- Zero fugitive emission design satisfies strict environmental and site safety regulations without requiring additional emission control hardware downstream.
- 316L stainless steel bellows provides strong resistance to chloride-bearing, acidic, and oxidizing media that would attack standard carbon steel internals.
- Sealed spring mechanism maintains consistent set pressure even when backpressure on the outlet side fluctuates, unlike a conventional relief valve where variable backpressure shifts the opening point.
- Pharmaceutical and food-grade suitability is enabled by the clean stainless internals and zero-leak design, which prevents cross-contamination of process fluid with spring chamber air or lubricants.
