Overview
An electrically actuated 2/2 way semi-lift diaphragm type solenoid valve with a flanged end connection, designed for high-volume, low-pressure switching in air, gas, water, vacuum, light oil, and corrosive fluid service up to 180°C. Available in flameproof normally open and normally closed configurations, with robust flanged fittings suited to demanding industrial installation. Supplied, sized and serviced across Nepal.
Features & Benefits
- Flanged end connection gives a more secure, vibration-resistant joint than a screwed connection, which matters at the larger end of the 3/8 to 4 inch range where thread engagement alone would be a weaker mechanical joint.
- Flameproof body rating allows this valve to be installed in hazardous, potentially explosive atmospheres where a standard solenoid coil enclosure would not be permitted.
- Semi-lift diaphragm mechanism delivers high flow volume at low pressure, the same core advantage as its screwed sibling, but in a connection style suited to larger or higher-vibration installations.
- Normally open and normally closed variants let the fail-safe state be specified at order time to match the process safety requirement without custom engineering.
- PTFE and Viton seat options extend service life in corrosive fluid and light oil applications where standard elastomer seats would degrade quickly.
- Flanged installation simplifies removal for maintenance on larger valve sizes, where unscrewing a heavy threaded body in place would be impractical.
- Electric actuation with fast switching response suits automated batch or sequence control where consistent, repeatable timing matters.
